We are excited to see you all in September! Entries will be open July 1-August 9. Be mindful of entry requirements and eligibility. To avoid a late fee, utilize the 39-day window to complete all entries. Incomplete, incorrect, or late entries will NOT be accepted. Remember that cattle stalling requests are completed with entries. Late stall requests will not be honored. CVI (Health Certificate) is required for almost all animals (Open Breeding Sheep, Youth Swine, Junior Market Steers are the ONLY exception) - be sure to have a valid CVI BEFORE you drive to Abilene. Sheep, goats, and swine are stalled on a first-come, first-served basis. Refer to the PDFs attached below for composite rules, schedules, and the Premium Handbook. All entries completed through ShoWorks, unless stated below. Online, mail and all other forms of the submission of livestock entries, either by the exhibitor or by anyone acting for the exhibitor, constitutes an unconditional agreement to abide and be completely bound by these and all rules and regulations issued by the management.
Paper Entry Forms
